The incident in which everyone thought 'oh god why tonight'

Just as the texan was about to sheath his blades, he stiffened, raising his blades and returning to his stance. But this time, his attention wasn't turned to Noah but the huge broken portion of the pubs window.
There was a rapidly approaching whistling sound, like the wind against a steel roof. It was accompanied by a soft metallic grinding. Feathers on feathers.

Sure enough, not a moment later, a massive black form blasted though the window. Taloned feet skittering across the broken glass on the worn wooden floor, Hektor's landing wouldn't be called graceful. Focusing on Noah and well aware of the threat behind him, he flung a wing out, catching Adams just as he was about to lunge forward. The heavy blow knocked the old hunter off balance, giving the bird enough time to grab Noah. 

Wrapping both arms around the young hunter, Hektor wasted no time launching himself out the window he just entered through. He was here strictly for Noah. And even if he had wanted to fight Adam's, he would be at a disadvantage without his still injured partner.

Taking to the air, he forced his powerful wings to bring him up and into the sky, bringing Noah safely with him.

Down below, the sound of the old hunter's words were echoing after them. "You remember what I said about them, boy! Ask them yerself if you don't trust me..!"

On the ground, Adams with fuming mad. Not only had he met blades with the blonde, but even after that they'd managed to slip away again. The worst part about it all....the part that left him livid...was the fact that God's Word was gone as well.
